Hello, together, I would know with pleasure whether one can assign window contacts to the same room like the thermostat.
I have found out that the thermostats react very fast if the window contact in the Max’s software is assigned to the same room.
Then, on the other hand, the thermostats do not react so properly on pimatic. If I give a room to every window contact and every thermostat, is the response time (to which thermostats close or open) rather long.
Is there a setting with which I can change this behaviour?
Or must I give Basically every device in the Max’s software own room, so that pimatic can properly work?
Or can I shorten anyhow the actualisation times of the single devices strongly? I fear that the MaxCube does not allow to talk so often with itself.

i have a window contact in every room where a thermostat is loacted. also i have wall thermostats for every radiator thermostat. so each of my rooms is equiped with radiator thermostat, wall thermostat and window sensor. and i only have one room for each “setting” in the max software configured, you don’t need to have one room per device - also it won’t work if you open a window in room 1 that the thermostat in room 2 will close doesn’t it?!
it switches very fast here, so there’s only a delay of a few seconds for pimatic detecting the state after opening or closing the window
i doubt that there is a setting for the actualisation time.
you could try the pimatic-maxcul plugin instead. but that requires a cul and some rules and maybe a chronotherm or mythermostat plugin for timetable options.pimatic v0.9 has been released!
