Price-wise it is a good deal. Note, however, this kit contains the old version of the hub. If you want to upgrade to full-colour control later on it is better buy the new hub and get the other part seperately. It is possible to combine legacy bulbs and strip controllers with the new hub without problems.
NB, there is no full-colour strip controller available yet. Personally, I am very happy with the 256 colours plus 20 brigthness values. Milight provides, but obviously other light systems like Hue can render more colours. Full-colour gives you the ability to choose from 16.7 million colour values though not necessarily distinguishable.

Yes. Via the hub your’re able to control 4 channels individually. According to the docs it is possible to pair 100+ lights per channel.

Yes. That’s a good choice. The new hub with integrated LED light is a nice gimmick. You can see it as a 5th channel which you can control individually. I am planning to use it as an indicator when new e-mails or messages arrive. There is also a version of the hub without the integrated LED light, but it seem to be out-of-stock at the moment.
Pimatic support for milight version 6 should be ready before Xmas.

Yes. This is stated in the V4 Wifi Bridge User Guide which have been compiled by LimitLess LED, which is one of the major distributors in Europe. See section 3.3 on page 7, http://www.limitlessled.com/download/LimitlessLED_Wifi_Bridge_v4_Instructions_March2014.pdf

Well, maybe this is not too bad. The new bulbs are more expensive and depending on the usage scenario the “full colour” aspect is not that important. Note, you can also use the legacy bulbs with the new bridge just in case you wish to upgrade at a later point.

@mwittig very nice!
Witch DC 12v power supply do you prefer for rgb stripes?

And one more question:
Is the 4 area limitation with bulbs like this to?

Yes. It goes a little bit beyond that if you use different types of bulbs as each bulb type uses a different control command set. Say for example, you assign a WW/CW bulb and a RGBW bulb to a zone then you can switch these two bulbs individually. In other words you have 4 white zones and 4 rgbw zones. In practice this has little relevance, I think.
Maybe the limitation to 4 zones is about to disappear with the next version of the bridge. I have seen a note which states version 7 of the Wifi bridge will be released in 2017 which is talking about “unlimited zones”, whatever this is meant to be. For the time being, a work around is to use multiple bridges.

That’s the “old” version. It can also be used with the new bridge, but you can only choose between 256 colors.
The new full colour bulb can be found here for example

@mwittig Hey, is there any progress on the plugin so far?
Is there any way I can help maybe?
@FrostedKiwi As you can see I have completed the base line work on node-milight-promise. Apart from this I have drafted a quick and dirty integration milight-reloaded which works reasonably well. The next step is to write a driver for pimatic-led-light. I am planning new release for both plugins before end of Feb.
