Hi,
Is it possible to use a variable in the command of a shellswitch device like:
curl http://192.168.0.58/?mytimer=$tuinsproeiertijd.input >/dev/null 2>&1
where $tuinsproeiertijd.input is the variable.
Thanks in advance…
Variable used in shellswitch device

Does nobody has an answer to this?
Thanks…
@lschip It is not possible. Variables in ShellSwitch commands map to system environment variables.
Note, however, you can use pimatic variables as part of shell execute actions, e.g.
execute "echo $tuinsproeiertijd.input > /tmp/xx"
Maybe this is helpful to build a workaround.

Ok, thanks. Thats clear. I’ll try a workaround then…
