the file is now in /home/pi/
i try this, but this dont run

Try to put the html inside node_modules/pimatic-mobile-frontend/public/test, rename the html to index.html and you could use http://your-rpi.dns.tld/test to access it.
Or you run an webserver to access the html.

You have to run a separate webserver On the pi (port 81 or something). And link to that.
You could try installing apache.

can confirm that this works.
The solution suggested by @fletcher should work and, hence, a separate HTTP server is not not required. If you wish to set up a separate HTTP server on raspi though, have a look at nginx for a more lightweight alternative to apache.

As @sweebee pointed out you need to make sure the web server will listen on a different port (e.g. port 8080) than pimatic.
