shell-sensor: Insert new line?
Hi,

Can you explain what you are trying to achieve? What output do you get now and how would you like it to show up?

Right now it looks like this:
foo
bar
And I want it to look like this:
foo
bar
have you try to use sed to replace the
with a new line character \n ?

Yes. It’s not a problem to get the linebreak inside of my shell script. The problem is to have it shown across two lines in the web interface. Right now, neither
nor \n does that.
the question is, if the mobile-frontend is able to handle this somehow right out of the device config.
what you could by now do is to split this into two separate devices as workaround maybe?

This should work for now, but it would be nice to be able to display two (or more lines) as well.
what do you want to display, would like to understand the background of your question.
you can array the values and have them one besides another.
