Hi,
hoping there is someone who can push me in the right direction because I can’t seem to find it.
My Setup: Raspberry Pi 2 with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and a Nano 328 board. Connected as follows:
http://postimg.org/image/96zveay4d/ ( Disconnected at time of make photo so no power light. )
When connecting the Nano to the Pi I see the following in dmesg:
[65726.936828] usb 1-1.4: New USB device found, idVendor=1a86, idProduct=7523
[65726.936851] usb 1-1.4: New USB device strings: Mfr=0, Product=2, SerialNumber=0
[65726.936867] usb 1-1.4: Product: USB2.0-Serial
[65726.938423] ch341 1-1.4:1.0: ch341-uart converter detected
[65726.943086] usb 1-1.4: ch341-uart converter now attached to ttyUSB0
So that’s allright. Did make upload, everything went fine. I’m using Eurodomest switches as seen in this issue ( https://github.com/pimatic/rfcontroljs/issues/5 )
My config is the following:

When tailing the pimatic-daemon.log I get the following:
ubuntu@ubuntu:/home/pi/pimatic-app$ sudo tail -f pimatic-daemon.log

So this tells me that the Nano is connected. So now i wanna see what information is being sent when pressing my remote. If I press “On” on light nr1 my light turns on instantly, however, nothing shows up in the log file so it seems that my receiver just doesn’t receive the signal or that it just doesn’t output it. Do I have a faulty receiver or did I configure something wrong?
Would be great if someone could shed some light (haha) on this.
Kind Regards,
Donny.
