Timeout by sending files via pimatic-mail

I try to send my config via pimatic-mail like here:

But I get this error message:

The config file has 47.265 Byte.
With a test file of 612 Byte it works.

Any Ideas whats wrong?

I can reproduce the behaviour with my web.de account, As nodemailer supports streaming for attachments I have changed the source code accordingly but this did not help either.
