iFrame autoscaling
Hello all,
I like to ask for a automatic scalling function. It would be a benefit on devices with different resolutions or when the smartphone changes between landscape and portrait.
The implemented scrolling function is okay, but the picture can be scrolled over its borders.
Is there a possibility to get the autoscaling?
You mean scaling the content inside the iframe to fit a non-scrollable ‘window’, or do you mean that the width of the iframe should match the width of the device?
First one might cause more problems for people than it fixes, iFrame is a bit bad practice either way :P

The second option would be to add width:100%(!important) tag to the iframe element, in which case it would be the width of the div it is in, so 50% of screen on computer screens, 100% on mobile. Some scroll-styling might be required as well.

@kitsunen: I prefer the first variant you mentioned.
Currently I optimized two iframes to fit beside each other on my Nesux 9 in landscape format. In portrait format the iframes are one above the other, here the pictures could be shown bigger (fit the width). On my OnePlus2 it is always one above the other. In portrait the pictures are to big in landscape to small. On the notebook they are always beside each other but the picutes could be bigger.
Hi one more question.
I configed the picture in that way, that on my tablet and my notebook no scrolling is necessary, but on my mobile in portrait mode I can scroll from left to right (heights scrolling is not necessary) more then two times of the picture width (hope its clear what I mean).
The picture has the size 1280 x 720. The iFrame is configed with the same values. The scale is 0.4.
Is there a simple way to handle the huge left/right distance?

Ok maybe a bit old, but i have a question here.
Is there a way to autoscale the iframe devices to all the different devices?
I have already tried bstrebel’s fork of the plugin but it’s not working.
the next problem is the content (inhalt) from the iframe is also not autoscaling. 
@mwittig you have already pointed to your jsfiddle.
But how does this work?

Hi all,
old story I know, but maybe a new idea pops up.
I am still searching for a method to let the picture of my cams fit to the iFrame. When I open the camera picture on my mobile I can see just a tiny part of the picture.
When I open it on my PC the iFrame is just filled 40 percent.
Would be awesome if the picture would be shrinked to fit to the frame always.
I pimaticDroid (Android App) it works fine, but this is a different story.
Somebody a new idea?
Never tested this plugin. Will give it a try!
