Hello Ragman,
i have done this with multiple rules and variables:
Disable when Window is opened:
When Bathroomwindow is opened and temperatureSetpoint of Heizung Badezimmer is greater than 4.5 then $bathRoomLastTemperatureSetpoint to $heatingthermostat-03.temperatureSetpoint and set temp of heatingthermostat-03 to 4.5°C
Reenable when Window is closed:
When Bathroomwindow is closed and “$bathRoomLastTemperatureSetpoint” is greater than “4.5” and state of heating-mode is equal to on then set temp of heatingthermostat-03 to $bathRoomLastTemperatureSetpoint
In my living room I have assigned the contact (shutter contact is the window-is-open-contact-sensor, right?) and the thermostat to the same room within the max web interface. whenever i open the window, the thermostat switches off and back to the previous set temperature when the window is closed.
@fbeek Thanks, I will try this rules
@quotschmacher : Yes that is correct if you use the default max solution and pair the devices with that. We use pimatic and the maxcul plugin (without the cube), so this is not an option for us.
@ragman : Do this and ask me if you need further help.
