Hue-zll not working any more on pimatic version 9.5

my hue-zll plugin is working fine on pimatic 9.4 but after baking up and trying new install in different ways hue-zll wil not work on latest pimatic version.

error [pimatic]: Cannot read property ‘create’ of undefined

i tried to run on compleet new setup from all devices but getting over and over same errors.

for me isn’t an issue anymore because i sold all hue stuf and continue on coco and espimatic and wifi ledstris. but maybe for others who ran into same errors

I’m also not able to install Hue-zll on my system.

Hi, i did a short check and got the same error message as was reported.
As far as I can detect the hue-zll plugin seems outdated because the error is caused by a new node-hue-zll v3 library.
When (re)installing the plugin the latest version is installed and causing the problem.
If you are able to modify the package.json in the pimatic-hue-zll directory you can probably solve the problem (awaiting the maintainer of the plugin to update)

The instructions in the case you can update

1. go to commandline mode
2. type ‘sudo service pimatic stop’
3. goto the pimatic-zll-hue directory (mostly /home/pi/pimatic-app/node_modules/pimatic-hue-zll’)
4. edit package.json and change the following line:

    "node-hue-api": ">=2.2.0",

to

    "node-hue-api": "2.4.4",

5. save and exit the editor
6. type ‘rm -rf node_modules’
7. type 'npm install
8. type 'sudo service pimatic start’
   Now you have reinstalled the node modules of the plugin with the older version of node-hue-api.

I don’t have a bridge and cant test it, but the error message was gone.
If this doesn’t sove your problem, you can reverse the change with the same steps but

    "node-hue-api": "2.4.4",

back to

    "node-hue-api": ">=2.2.0",

Another solution is changing to the RaspBee Plugin with for example a ConBee II module. I use this plugin for all my Ikea, Philips and Xiaomi lamps, sensors, remotes, buttons, etc.
