I’m writing a small plugin that shall Container a ui for volume Control. I’m thinking about a combination of dummyshutter and dummydimmer plus a mute button. Is there already something existing i could use?

Not as far as I am aware of. Some time ago I wrote a minimalistic control for Milight White bulbs (+/- for white color, UP/DOWN for brightness, and a power switch). Possibly this helpful to get an idea how a custom device control template can be written.
