Connecting Arduino Nano Soil-Sensor via RF with Homeduino ?
HI there , I would like to measure the soil humidity with arduino nano and trasmit via RF the values to my pimatic (homeduino) .
Could somebody please point me in the right direction? I am totally new to pimatic. Just have some Tplink HS110 running but would like to start expending via RF.
Dont have no idea how to establish that on arduino can send the values and the homeduino can receive them and pass them to pimatic.

THANKSs for pointing to this post, already saw it some time ago and forgot about it ARGH! and this is already 80 % of the work i plan.
BUT: I would like to have the homeduino/sensor running with AA batteries and trasmitting the readings via RF to the Homeduino which is serial attached to the PI.
Meaning I would like to build my own WIRLESS Sensor.
Setup aim would be to have one homeduino with 6 or 7 sensors in the Gardenhouse sending values twice a day RF to the Pimatic. And the pimatic having wirless actuars to water if needed.
Is this possible and how?
