Sonoff Touch compatible with wifiswitch Plugin

Hi,
i am really interested in using the Sonoff Touch Wall Panel (https://www.amazon.de/Funktioniert-Touchscreen-Lichtschalte-Wasserdichter-Wandschalter/dp/B075F8SP1K) or something simliar in pimatic.
So i can controll my normal roomlight with pimatic and normal with the wall switches.

I found the wifiswitch plugin (https://pimatic.org/plugins/pimatic-wifiswitch/) but it is nice to know if someone tested it with the touch panel.

All other ideas for replacing wallswitches are welcome.

You can flash espeasy of the Sonoff touch switches. With this you can handle everything with MQTT.

@OrTiN thanks for the link. I read about this way before, but i get not familiar with this way and want to find an easier method.
I found a shop where you can order the sonoff with tasmota firmware preinstalled, so the flashing is not nessessary anymore.

But my question is if someone tried it with a plugin using wifi and without replacing the firmware.

Is there a chance to use these tasmota switches without Mqtt? Simple ShellsSwitch maybe?

yes a simple shellswitch is possible to be handled by the use of tasmota api. But with the non custom firmware I’m not sure if there is a api.

I found this article (Link) where an own server is used, instead of the webservice and no hardware is touched.

Maybe i will give the Sonoff touch a try with the pimatic wifiswitch plugin, if this does not work like i expect, the 433mhz feature will be my choice to use.

If someone have a solution for wallswitches integration in pimatic, without touching the hardware, feel free to inform me, please.
