Any way to mix Max! Wall Thermostat with Fritz DECT?

Hey guys,

i have several fritz (comet) dect thermostats set up in our flat. What i’m missing is the possibility of having a regulator beside of the app / pimatic.

Is it possible to set up https://www.amazon.de/Max-131651A0-MAX-Wandthermostat/dp/B005MNBU22/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1509717835&sr=8-2&keywords=max+thermostat together with the COMECT DECT? So, that pimatic get’s input from the wall thermostat and changes the comet dect?

I’d love to hear an “yes” - or alternative “wall-solutions” - as my wife is not the biggest fan of “app-controlling”.

the Max Wandthermostat sends only the actual temperature measured by the thermostat itself, not the values that would be set…

maybe the a dev could look into them if its possible to get the values out of them.

my currently solution was to configure the wallthermostat with a master-valve in the official app and then sync via pimatic to the other child-valves if the setpoint was changed.

maybe a solution was to get an max-valve, bind them in pimatic and sync them to your comet dect’s or another to build a custom remote-device with an arduino (mysensors) or esp8266 (espeasy/mqtt)

So the Thermostat is just like “one-way”-communication?
Is the Max! Cube needed, or is it possible to receive the signals with homeduino itself?

The cube is needed as homeduino is not able to handle the Max! protocol which 868 Mhz, btw

Ah, i see. Only way would be to use the Max! Cube or MaxCUL …
I’ll open another thread with my thoughts regarding a self build wall panel
