is it possible to use only the Rainmeter without the whole Station?
Is anyone here who use the rainmeter for Gardenwatering or something like?!

i guess the station is needed to receive and process the data from the rainmeter.

The Netatmo eco-system is built around a cloud service which records the data from all netatmo base stations around the world. Customers need to access the cloud service if they want to access their own weather data e.g. on the smartphone or with pimatic. Most likely the engineers have taken measures (e.g. obfuscation, encryption) to make it hardly possible to decode the protocol messages sent by the Rainmeter.

Exactly you need the base station as the sensor can’t directly communicate with the internet.
