HomeduinoRFTemperature, VariablesDevice, AmazingDashButton(but it only shows the state) will be in the next update

thats a good idea, perhaps by swiping to the side to switch rooms, i will think about a solution

at the moment I don’t know a possibility to only reload one icon.
the problem i see is for example: a switch affects one ore more other devices on your page, so these will have to be updated too

very nice to see that you have released your app! even if i don’t have any ios device, it’s a pleasure to see

the price of 2.29 euro is ok in my opinion. pimatic is free to have, so we as pimatic team do not charge any fees! we also do not get rich with donations from you as well as our plugin developers do not get rich with developing apps or plugins. your donations are always welcome and are an appreciation for the done code work from the dev.

so if you are satisfied with a good plugin or in this case an app, feel free to tip the dev (check for donation buttons on github e.g.)! he will appreciate!

Testing the app from my office for a short time, I think one thing for improvement is some kind of feedback if pimatic server is not found. Now it is a white screen with no user feedback at all.

when you have setup a few devices and then you use the app the screen should be blurry when the server is not reachable, but you are right, if the setup doesnt work you have no indication.

@theslashy This is how the screen looks like. I agree with some imagination you can still see the buttons but mostly white…?!!

hi,
normally this can be caused by a problem with the data the app receives from a device. you can go to your iphone - settings and at the bottom in the app list there should be pimate and you can switch on the recovery switch to completely reset the app or the clear favourites switch to remove all the devices from the start screen.

if you have enabled to share log data with developers on your iPhone i should be able to see where the error occours, if not I would try to add the devices one by one and tell my at which device it fails so i can narrow down the problem

i know what i have to do - this was only a hint for you and the next time. i think, it is not the best way to delete everytime the app or the settings.

I totally agree with you!
the difficulty is that with pimatic you are more or less free to change and modify attributes and parameters. and it can happen that this doesn’t work with my interpretation of the API.
this should not happen but I can only resolve it if I get feedback, thank you!

No problem feedback is absolute necessary to get rid of problems and to get new features

Here the update was without any problems.
Are you also going to enable dimmers?
How about the milight devices?

dimmers are a very good point. I already have them on my list
at the moment I’m working on supporting the metarWeather Plugin and button groups, when you have more than one button in one “buttondevice”.

i didn’t know that the milight devices were already supported in pimatic 0.9 , i will see if I can implement them

what is the purpose of a variable time input device? can you give me a use case?
i havent used or seen this before
and you mean battery power indication for devices that send this information right? like some temperature sensors?

@theslashy I use it for setting an alarm trigger time when a rule has to be executed. Also I am using it for setting a temperature value, etc. Battery power is mainly for mysensors.
