New Plugin for SolarView

I have written a plugin for SolarView (SV), a data logger for PV systems.

A new version of the plugin is available which fixes and improves the update of attribute values. Now, a change event is triggered only, if a value has actually changed rather than triggering the change event at each interval.

A new version of the plugin is available to support xLink and xAttributeOptions as part of the device configuration. For further info see the README

NB the SolarView website now contains a link to the Pimatic website.

Released Version 0.8.2 which provides dependency updates. A couple of bugs have also been fixed, recently.
