Twilight Sensor for 433Mhz - homeduino,recommendation?

Hi there,

i think about “Twilight Sensors” for automatic light control. I found in the Pimatic Forum and Docs that follow Device are supported:

-Trust Smart Home ABST-604 Dämmerungssensor
-Home Easy HE863 Funk- Lichtsensor für den Außenbereich

I think i would use the “ABST-604”, so i check the manuell for the Device (https://www.home4u-shop.de/download/abst-604.pdf) and im a little bit confused about how the lern it on to my pimatic (i use already 433Mhz Switches and a Weatherstation). And how there displayed in Pimatic (for e.g. rules etc)?

Have someone of you experience with this? And can some recommend me a good and cheap device (easy Handling, reliable and easy Installation to Pimatic)?

I would be most grateful for any tips!

But you can use the sunrise-plugin to calculate sunrise,sunset and so on.
And it´s free ! No Cables, no Batteries

Hi thanks anyway… its a good way to start with this, i added the plugin and modfiy my rules

I think i will use in the future the "FIBARO Motion Sensor (4 in 1 Multisensor - Temp., Light, Movement and Vibrations) over Z-Wave… its not that cheap i like but its offers so much possibilities.

You can also use the BH1750 on I2C-Bus for ligth intensity. It is cheaply. About from 0,80€ (AliExpress) to 3,80€(Ebay).
It’s easy to install and easy to use. You become solution’s from 0lux to 65000lux.

That Sensor must be directly connectet to the Raspberry right? My Raspberry is in a cabinet with the Router and the Other Network Stuff. I think thats not the right think for me, i want a Sensor in every Room. But Thank you for Tip.

The sensor must connect with raspi, but not directly.
I use cat5 cable, about 25m, for conection.

More as two room’s is a problem.
You can only use two bh1750. They have only two adresses for connect on I2C-Bus.
I use only one bh1750, and outside.
