is it possible to export graph with specific timeframe?

Hey,

is it possible to export a graph to a file? And is it possible to view (and export) a graph for a specific time, maybe a complete day? When using the normal graph it shows last 24h, but I want to see a complete day from 0:00 to 23:59. Or even a graph for monday 0:00 to sunday 23:59. That would be great. If it’s not possible from gui, maybe there is a way to read those values from the database, draw a graph and export.
I have several DS18B20 reading the temperatur of a heating system and want to have comparable graphics.

hm… well yes, the graphing options could be improved in some ways, i agree.
but the question is how to and if it is possible anyways.
guess it could be possible to get the data out of the sqlite database but i cannot tell you how to do it the best way

I wouldn’t know about the 0:00-23:59 option, but you can of course overlay 2 graphs over each other so you can always compare 2 ds18b20 sensors be it not in that specific time frame that you want.

You can for example use php scripts to extract data from the pimatic sqlite DB and use the php GD extension or Chart.js or Google charts inside that php script to display that data for variable defined time frames.
There are quite some examples for that on the web (that is for a general sqlite DB but adjust the query for pimatic).
I don’t know whether your skills make that one of your options.

A derived option is to export the data to a csv and use that csv file to display that data.

(I might have a few scripts from the time before pimatic when I read data directly on the pi using python and storing it in an sqlite DB and then use php on the webserver to display the data from that DB. But I have no idea whether I still have those scripts as pimatic gave me so much more possibilities.)

Really old topic, but i want to ask again. Is it possible to newer future to add an export button at grahps so we can save it to a .csv file for statistics ?
