Xiaomi Yeelight plugin

Is anyone working on a plugin for the Yeelight family? They have wifi light bulbs, led strips and lamps. They have an open API, and provide example code on their website.
I’ll receive some soon, so I may try to develop a plugin, but I have no experience with coffeescript, and not much with javascript also.

no authentification required in the api?! had a quick look at the node module.

Sorry but it is not the Blue API. That is for the Bluetooth version of yeelight. The ones I have ordered are the Wifi version. There is also a node module for the Wifi lights here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/yeelight-wifi

@Partovic Are you using the correct coupon? i.e., you can only use the 3€ coupon if you are ordering the color bulb.

@abmantis yes, its currently €15.67 (quite cheap anyway :D) checkout with paypal

@Partovic Oh I see! When I bought the light it was at 19$. So now there’s no need for the coupon since it ends up having the same price

@leader21 yeah the bedside lamp is very nice, but is not that cheap. Isn’t there a WiFi version?
I don’t like using WiFi for lights or sensors, but for the price you can’t get anything else. Anyway, I prefer it over Bluetooth since it has a better range.
