DummyHeating Thermostat no boost?

Hello guys,

so i lost the option boost for dummy heating thermostat. I don’t know why!

the boost button should still be on the gui and you can use it in the rules.
there is no config available for it. has it been in the past?
even at the max plugin devices there is no boost config option.
what option exatly are you missing?

Really, hm in my mind there was also an option for boost. Why is there no option for boost but for eco and comfy? Then there must maybe an enhancement for this i think. Would be a good option to set a specific value for boost like eco or comfy.

You can do with boost whatever you want.
When I put it in boost modus, some rules kick in to do the following:

• Save current setpoint
• Increase current setpoint with 2 degrees
• Switch back to previous setpoint and auto after 1 hour

Yip, thats not the problem. Its not well if you can setup comfy and eco and not boost. Looks for me that this option is missing. Thats why i ask for an enhancement to get this option, then there is no need for an extra rule.

You can kill the options for eco and comfy, cause you can set this by rule also. Only Manual and Auto can’t have an value. Its not round in my eyes. If you give option for comfy and eco then you can think there is also one for boost and you won’t find.

well, maybe the boost button should be free to configure anyways. the text of the button and the action

How can i change the text of boost button?

actually not possible. maybe @mwittig or another @developer can take a look when there’s some spare time?!

Ah ok i understand that there is a way to change boost. If not its not necessary. What i prefer was to get an option for boost without setting a rule like comfy and eco. I see boost in one line with this options.
