Hallo,
There are several plugin updates. Can I do this individually?
My installation crashes when all updates are running successively.
Thanks for an answer.

Plugin Updates individually ?
-
@pima2235 Yes you can update the plugins individually, but this isn’t possible through the webgui. Login to your pimatic server and use
cd
to get into/home/pi/pimatic-app/node_modules
. Go into each plugin directory, which you want to update and runsudo npm update
orsudo npm install <pluginname>@latest
.pimatic-google-calendar | pimatic-wmi | pimatic-snmp | pimatic-wakeonlan |

Hallo,
Yes, I want it to be separated in the GUI because
Under pimatic / updates I get the information that updates e.g. For
Plugins but also available for pimatic itself. Pimatic I would update however separately.
I’m currently getting updates forPimatic-cron
Pimatic-gpio
…
Pimatic-sunrise etc. - but also forPimatic current version 0.8.95, latest version 0.8.107
However, there is only one button> install plugins <.Solution:
Find update for pimatic-xxx _________ O or X (select box)New button: install selected updates
Can this be arranged?
-
@pima2235 said in Plugin Updates individually ?:
Pimatic current version 0.8.95, latest version 0.8.107
Note, you’re running an outdated and unsupported version of pimatic.
Please consider to migrate to pimatic 0.9.Can this be arranged?
Not for pimatic 0.8
I doubt running all updates individually versus doing all updates alltogether makes a big difference here.

I recently had this case - I think there where 4 or 5 plugins. After clicking “update” I wasn’t able to reach the webinterface anymore. Even after a complete restart of the Raspberry. In my eyes this feature would make completely sense as I now am a little bit afraid to run many updates at once.

@quotschmacher had the same problem but with 0.8.
Tried it again with 0.9 and it worked “perfectly”…
