Secure Gmail in mail plugin
Hello everybody,
I’m using the mail plugin to send mail via Gmail.
But I get error messages when sending mail in rules:
’“Please log in via your web browser and then try again”
The advise I found is to adjust my settings in Gmail to support less secure apps:

But I don’t feel very comfortable with that. Is there another solution?

Yes, create another free mail account which you only use for pimatic messaging.

I will look into that, seems like a simple solution.
I was thinking about complicated technical solutions like oAuth or something.
In the end you also don’t want your secondary adresses being compromised?
