https://github.com/sweebee/pimatic-thermostat/tree/multi-devices
If some1 can test it with multiple devices.
-
Hello,
@sweebee
i have tested your files.
Actually it makes as much pages as you make “therms” in the config-file.
But it shows no stats in the site… everything is empty and i can’t switch any device.
But there is no error…(not in pimatic, not in your web app)
here a picture…
empty web appmfg

@chris Can you show me your config? only the $therm variables. If there is a duplicate ID then this will happen.
-
// App $app['title'] = 'Thermostat'; // App title $app['password'] = 'xxxxxxxxxx'; // App password // Pimatic $pimatic['user'] = 'xxxxxxxxxx'; // Pimatic username $pimatic['pass'] = 'xxxxxxxxxx'; // Pimatic password $pimatic['host'] = 'localhost'; // Pimatic IP address $pimatic['port'] = 80; // Pimatic port $pimatic['ssl'] = false; // Use https (SSL) $pimatic['poll'] = 30000; // Polling interval //Thermostaat $therm[0]['name'] = 'Buero'; $therm[0]['id'] = 'Hzg-Buero'; // ID of the thermostat device $therm[0]['sensor'] = 'Temp-Buero'; // Temperature sensor variable $therm[0]['eco'] = 10; // Eco temperature $therm[0]['comf'] = 20; // Comfort temperature $therm[1]['name'] = 'Bad'; $therm[1]['id'] = 'Hzg-Bad'; // ID of the thermostat device $therm[1]['sensor'] = 'Temp-Bad'; // Temperature sensor variable $therm[1]['eco'] = 10; // Eco temperature $therm[1]['comf'] = 20; // Comfort temperature $therm[2]['name'] = 'Wohnstube'; $therm[2]['id'] = 'Hzg-Wohnstube'; // ID of the thermostat device $therm[2]['sensor'] = 'Temp-WST'; // Temperature sensor variable $therm[2]['eco'] = 10; // Eco temperature $therm[2]['comf'] = 20; // Comfort temperature //Lights $light['id'] = 'Steckdose2'; // ID of the light switch //$light['id'] = ''; // Make empty if lights are not used ?>
So now it’s time for Bed…

Now that you are doing multi devices, would it be possible to do multiple Pimatic instances ?

Chris -
how can i test it. i have downloaded it and upload it to the raspberry. i have edit the config.php. but how can i acces the interface. any webserver i have to install first ?
-
@p4co86 yes you need a web server that supports PHP.
@koffienl I updated the thermostat, now it can use multiple pimatic instances. Look carefully at the config.php how it works.
