[pimatic-hap] Support for pimatic homekit bridge

@chris All these device classes should work OOB:

• MySensorsDHT
• MySensorsDST
• MySensorsBMP
• MySensorsPIR
• MySensorsButton
• MySensorsSwitch
• MySensorsDimmer
• MySensorsShutter

That should be enough for the moment. Alle the other devices like water level, light measurement etc. should be supported in pimatic first, so other systems can use a common interface. This way it’s easier to support in pimatic-hap.

Ok that’s enough…

I didn’t found a listing of the supported devices.
could add them to the readme.md on github.
Would be nice to have a fast overview.

i’m using pimatic-hap with my iPhone and an apple tv3 for some months now. At the beginning it worked fine and i could control my system from outside through home kit. But then it just stopped working and now i need to have my iPhone connected to the same network as my pimatic is. I haven’t changed any soft- or hardware.
Someone an idea what i can do to get it working again?
I just tried 0.6.4 but nothing changed

If anyone has the answer please update https://github.com/michbeck100/pimatic-hap/issues/34 as well!

Sollte der Remote-Zugriff nicht funktionieren, melden Sie sich auf dem Apple TV bei iCloud ab und wieder an. Wählen Sie für die Anmeldung “Einstellungen” > “Accounts” > “iCloud”.

so i tried to make a new login on the apple tv but i did not change anything…

Am besten erstmal 2 Faktor Autorisierung abschalten, dann noch mal neu auf dem ATV anmelden und es ist zwingend notwendig, dass man den “Schlüsselbund” in der iCloud aktiviert hat!

ggf mal die Punkte dort abarbeiten, dann ging es bei mir.

2 faktor habe ich nicht aktiv, Schlüsselbund schon mehrfach wieder deaktiviert und aktiviert. irgendwie sehr eigenartig

I took some time on the weekend and set up my HAP integration again. Working well so far even remote via LTE/UMTS!

What I did to get it working.

1. Privacy (Datenschutz) --> Homekit --> Reset Homekit-Configuration (!! be aware that everything homekit related you have set up will be removed)
   1.5 delete the hap-database folder in your pimatic setup to also clear the association with the just cleared iOS configuration

2. Use EVE app to add your pimatic homekit bridge and set up rooms etc to your liking.

3. Make sure your iPhone is signed into iCloud and iCloud-Keychain is active (Schlüsselbund)

4. Restart your iPhone (should not really be necessary but hopefully forces a re-sync of iCloud keychain)

5. Sign out of iCloud with your Apple TV

6. Reboot Apple TV

7. Sign into iCloud with your Apple TV (exactly the same email address as your iPhone)

8. Restart your Apple TV (should not really be necessary but hopefully forces a re-sync of iCloud keychain)

9. Make sure you have only one Home set up!! I had a second location shared via iCloud which broke the whole system again. This still seems very buggy.

i’m going to get crazy. Just started my TV over Siri via Wifi and the read your post an decided to reset my HomeKit Setup.
Now Elgato Eve isn’t able to find my pimatic-hap

@Christopher-täufert Because pimatic-hap (actually hap-nodejs, which is used in pimatic-hap) saves the connected HomeKit clients, like your EVE installation, you have to delete the hap-database directory to reset everything and then restart pimatic.
Or in other words: The HomeKit configuration on the iOS device is bound to the values in hap-database. When resetting or deleting one of them, the other one has to be deleted/resetted, too.

uh yeah great. it is working again. Tonight i have to share my home with my girlfriend and then i have to hope that it is still working

@Christopher-täufert I think if your girlfriend has no other home set up it should work. However I had problems as described when I had a second home shared from my girlfriend.

I think this is just a bug currently, controlling via homekit apps worked without problem just Siri didn’t work (it did if I set it to English language but I also had to rename the rooms to something which Siri can understand in English. Sometimes it worked if I said the name of the home in addition but most of the time it didn’t. Seems like there is a problem figuring out in which home the siri command should be applied. With one home it works great so far.

@thex I think it depends which home is the default home. You can set this in EVE for example. The siri commands always apply to the default home, unless you actually say it. But i don’t know what the “code” for another home would be

@michbeck100 Yes that’s what should be the case, that’s why I say it’s a bug.

I had one home set up and all was working great then my girlfriend sheared her home to me and Siri stopped working (although my home was set up as default home and hers only allows local access)
After removing the shared home Siri started working as expected again.

“code”? Home names in our cases were the cities where the home is located.

"Turn on the hallway lights in Nürnberg"

on my girlfriends iPhone i made a reset for her home kit settings and then send an invite to my home.
and it works fine.
