pimatic rocks!
Seems to be better now, could it be due to https://github.com/pimatic/pimatic/pull/732#issuecomment-154698101 ?
Is it the case also for you guys?
pimatic rocks!
Can any1 help? I can’t get it installed:
@michbeck100 Cool that it’s fixed! Thanks
I actually use a shellswitch with a call to the API so I did not use the shutter. I still have to tell siri: turn on the curtain. Turning it into a shutter would probably be better. Might try it later!
@Tim Let me know if it works for you, because i still do the shutters manually (that project comes next ).
Currently my implementation is much like the shellswitch you are using. So the Siri command won’t change for now.
The shutter in HomeKit is a little bit different than the device implementation in pimatic. It uses percentage values, whereas pimatic just knows two positions: up and down.
The translation between these two worlds isn’t easy, so i decided to go for the simple way in the first place. I might try to take the complex road once the other devices are implemented.

Just released v0.2.0. The change log is in the first post of this thread. Since i don’t own any of the new device types, i had to test with the dummy devices that come with pimatic.
So everybody who owns one of the supported devices:
PLEASE TEST!
If there are any issues, please report using the issue tracker on github: https://github.com/michbeck100/pimatic-hap/issues

@michbeck100 Cool, i can confirm : temperature, contact, dummythermostat are now working. Great !!
pimatic-hap is also disappearing after a while when running in daemon mode
contacts make pimatic crash : https://github.com/michbeck100/pimatic-hap/issues/3
pimatic rocks!
@dynamite Hmmm… which persist folder? I found three of them with different users:
pi@raspberrypi / $ sudo find . -name persist*
./home/pi/persist
./usr/local/pimatic-app/persist
./persist
All folders contains same files, but with different time stamps:
AccessoryInfo.FAFEDBE4362C.json
IdentifierCache.FAFEDBE4362C.json
Something went wrong with the shell-switches. Everytime I refresh a page in Eve my shell-switches turns off. Even if I turn them on with Eve. Other devices are okay…
@michbeck100 nice progress! does this version run deamonized? Or do I need to update express first?
new error at starting pimatic:

@Barny this happens if you don’t have any devices to test 😳. I’ll have a look into it, shouldn’t be too complicated.

@dk00000 “the icloud syncronising is running” message was due i think that i never did any icloud backup, after a first icloud backup + a reboot no “cloud syncronising is running” message.
unfortunately it wont work. i did the icloud backup and the restart. same error message as before. eve is waiting because icloud sync is running.
any other hints?!
@michbeck100 ok thans fit the update. Are you working on that? For my understanding is there a way to startup Pimatic and then leave the console and keep it running?
@dk00000 could you check that “icloud drive” (under icloud section) is activated for Eve?
pimatic rocks!
After re-installing rasbian I could get hap to work. But now it doesn’t find the devices anymore (N/A). tried to re-add the bridge but Eve can’t find the pimatic bridge.
@sweebee did you start in daemon mode? This is known to be buggy with this plugin. Haven’t investigated this yet.
