Hidden attribute and show sparkline
-
@p4co86 As far as I understand this it has not been released yet. Code Changes have been done in the development branch. See http://forum.pimatic.org/topic/387/extension-xattributeoptions/3
-
pimatic has been updated. now it should if i see it right.
-
@p4co86 said: I have updated and also cleared the browser cache, but it does not work for me either.
-
Hmm ok. How is the syntax inthe config? I have now idea how to add it to config.
-
@p4co86 this config worked:
{ "id": "openweather", "class": "OpenWeatherDevice", "name": "Wetter Hausen openweather", "location": "Fussingen,Deutschland", "lang": "de", "units": "metric", "timeout": 600000, "xAttributeOptions": [ { "name": "pressure", "hidden": true }, { "name": "windspeed", "hidden": true }, { "name": "rain", "hidden": true }, { "name": "snow", "hidden": true } ]
-
Nice! Will add it. And the shown sparkline syntax?
Thanks -

@p4co86 displaySparkline is working for me
{ "id": "weatherforecast", "class": "OpenWeatherForecastDevice", "name": "Voorspelling", "location": "Amsterdam, Netherlands", "units": "metric", "lang": "nl", "timeout": 3600000, "day": 1, "xAttributeOptions": [ { "name": "low", "displaySparkline": false, "hidden": true }, { "name": "high", "displaySparkline": false, "hidden": false }, { "name": "humidity", "displaySparkline": false, "hidden": false }, { "name": "pressure", "displaySparkline": false, "hidden": false }, { "name": "windspeed", "displaySparkline": false, "hidden": false }, { "name": "rain", "displaySparkline": false, "hidden": false }, { "name": "snow", "displaySparkline": false, "hidden": false }, { "name": "pressure", "displaySparkline": false, "hidden": false } ] },
-
It maybe needs some reloads / cache clean of the frontend / browser page.

Works fine here too
pimatic rocks!

How can I disable the sparkline for other devices like syssensor? Is it only possible for the weather-plugin? I tried this but still see the sparkline:
{ "class": "SystemSensor", "id": "db-size", "name": "Datenbankgröße", "attributes": [ { "name": "dbsize", "interval": 3600000 } ], "xAttributeOptions": [ { "name": "dbsize", "displaySparkline": false } ] },
-
@hanswurst23 It needs to be implemented in the plugin
-
@hanswurst23 As @sweebee said the plugin needs to support the XAttributeOptions. If you are familiar with github
you can file an issue for the plugin package in question. For example, for pimatic-sysinfo visit https://github.com/pimatic/pimatic-sysinfo/issuesNB the weather plugin does not seem to work anymore - See: http://forum.pimatic.org/topic/300/pimatic-weather-not-working-anymore
-
Normally all devices are children of the master device class which contains the xAttributeOptions. So it should work. This is a question for @sweetpi.
pimatic rocks!!!
