with 3 sensors and my rule
when every 10 minutes then execute "python3 /home/pi/miflora/readsensor1.py > /home/pi/miflora/miflora-readsensor1.log" and after 10 seconds execute "python3 /home/pi/miflora/readsensor2.py > /home/pi/miflora/miflora-readsensor2.log" and after 10 seconds execute "python3 /home/pi/miflora/readsensor3.py > /home/pi/miflora/miflora-readsensor3.log"
i got sometimes “Transport endpoint is not connected (107)” errors

maybe the 10 seconds between the individual sensors are too close
try it with one minute now…
