[Solved] switch Device via HTTP POST

need help for switching Device via HTTP Post. I am using Geofency app and need to use HTTP Post because the url …/api/device/LightA/turnOn doesn’t work with Geofency app. Geofency need a HTTP Post infrastructure. How does the URL looks alike if I use HTTP Post - please help.

@chris321 You can work around this by executing an action which is done with a POST request. This should look similar to the following (when executed from the command line):

# replace your-ip with the IP address or hostname of your pimatic host
curl \
  -X POST \
  --header "Content-Type:application/json" \
  --data '{"actionString": "turn LightA on"}' \
  --user "admin:password" \
  http://your-ip/api/execute-action
