pimatic-iframe Plugin

@magic-tune: i install the plugin ip-camera-plugin, but what filename should I use for mjpeg stream of HD Instar 6001 camera but no stream displayed:

@Yves911, what video surveillance system do you use? perhaps from synology? If yes, can you explain how you did this? I’m using an y-cam. But it did not get it working with the ip-camera plugin.

@Yves911: Thank you, I’ve done it, with your config and my camera link i see a picture in pimatic :):):) Although my configuration looked the same, but simply did not work

is there a possibility to take a picture from the url by rule and safe this at pi?

create a button in pimatic and add this rule

if snap is pressed then execute \"echo 'still' >> /home/pi/pikrellcam/www/FIFO\"

What kind of buttons? The whole idea is to run a page in the iFrame that has nothing to do with pimatic.

reload button, dummy button don’t reload my page

I got problem with this plugin.
Try to delete pimatic-app folder and make new with npm install --prefix … --production (from user account)
(some errors when instaling sqlite3 but it is working).
When i try to add iframe on page i got error:

I have also seen these error messages. Did you try again? For me it worked reloading the web app.

@mwittig yes I try many times. Refresh page. Try different browser that never use to pimatic.
Always end with error but it is working.

Hey,
is it possible to let the iframe react on a event beside the refresh by time function?

Currently I have realized it by a script which is observing the snap folder of my cam. When a new snapshot file is created then the file will be moved renamed to an other folder.
The iframe plugin reads every 2 seconds from there.

while inotifywait -e create "/$snapTerrasse"
   do cd /$snapTerrasse
      cp -f `ls -rt1 | tail -1` /$picTarget/terrasse.jpg
   done

I am looking for a way to implement such function directly in the plugin, but I have no clue how to do that.
