Today after a power failure , my pimatic doesn’t start any more. Raspbian crashes on startup with this error: “Kernel panic – not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(172,2)” 
After some research on google, this was the first aid: 
sudo e2fsck -y -f /dev/sdb2
The heart of pimatic is beating again
