[Solved] Problems after ssh connection

sure. If you start pimatic with
sudo pimatic.js
over a putty console, it’s running within the shell of the putty console. when you close it, the putty instance on the pi will be disconnected and all programs running in the foreground will be closed / disconnected. so you need to start pimatic as daemon withsudo service pimatic start
. If you want to change something at pimatic like creating new devices at the config.json or updating homeduino on the arduino you need to stop the daemon first withsudo service pimatic stop
.If this doesn’t work maybe you didn’t follow all installation steps. have a look at tutorial 1 following the steps 11 to 19. These will make pimatic global and you can use it as a daemon.
The good thing will be that Pimatic now will start up at boot, so you do not have to start it by hand.pls. keep us informed and like us on Facebook ! thx!
