Ah ok, i have seen in another of your posts that you are using an “aukru” receiver. I is it this one here? http://www.amazon.de/Aukru-Superregeneration-Transmitter-Modul-receiver-module-433M-Empfänger-Modul/dp/B00OLI93IC
If yes … throw this piece of crap away as soon as possible and go for a 3400rf / rxb6 receiver.
With the aukru from the amazon link you are having a receiving range of only 50 cm to 100 cm max. So try to move your tfa weather device very close to your receiver and wait for any debug output.

works perfect -
