how its possible to activate / deactivate and check status from MQTT massage ?

Hi, Xiaomi Dome seems a camera and its not clear to mee how you want to use it.
What do you want to activate/deactivate?
Is motion detection part of the camera or do you use another motion detector?
Do want to use the camera as a motion detector?
I can help but i need to understand a bit better want you want.
The camera has a motion detection function via mqtt
My goal is to switch the motion function on and off via Switch.
And when motion detection is switched on and triggers, I want to receive an email
Ok, so you have 2 mqtt message for switching on and off the motion detection:
on = Motion/motion_detection/motion_start
off = Motion/motion_detection/motion_stop
And you have 1 mqtt motion sensor in Pimatic to handle the motion detection message:
What is the topic the camera is sending when motion is detected?
The topic is “yicam”
The MQTT Topic prefix where the camera will publish messages. The final topic will be TOPIC_PREFIX/TOPIC_XXXXX (Example: yicam/motion).
So these are the 3 mqqt messages?
switch camera on = yicam/motion_start
switch motion camera off = yicam/motion_stop
motion detected = yicam/motion_detection
This is a setup with only topics to communicate, no value/payload

A retained message is a normal MQTT message with the retained flag set to true. The broker stores the last retained message and the corresponding QoS for that topic. (1 = enabled, 0 = disabled)

No, QoS is about the way mqtt messages are handled/stored in the mqtt broker.
With a mqtt message with topic yicam/motion_start you should be able to start the motion detecting in the camera. Such a message can easily be configured in pimatic.
For that you need to configure the camera with this topic for the action ‘switch motion detection on’
My suggestion would be to configure the following
switch camera on = topic: yicam/motion_start
switch motion camera off = topic: yicam/motion_stop
motion detected = topic: yicam/motion_detection

But it dont work
Ok, the mqtt devices are not configured the right way, but first you need to be sure what yicam is sending and wants to receive.
I looked into the pimatic mqtt switch. I thought you could use it without but it needs a payload for the on and off messages.
To get the switch working you need to configure that in yicam, but I don’t know what you configured in yicam.
Is it possible to post the yicam configuration?

You can also try to use mqttfx. With this tool you can subscribe to topics and publish messages. Thats a good way to test if message command are working and how received messages look like. Once this way it works, you can configure Pimatic
I could solve the problem.
I have misunderstood the function
the topic is “yicam/motion_detection” and the payload is “motion_start” “motion_stop
Now I have a mqtt sensor which is able to detect movement between
"motion_start” “motion_stop” changes

pimiatic rules 
now i have a rule which sends me an email when the status jumps to motion_start, this works
do you see a possibility to switch the rule on and off by switch or command ?
