Installation of Pimatic fails "No such file ....package.json"
-
yep.
i had also in the last days problems to install a Beta Version of “pimatic-tradfri” Plugin on a other System i also get there every time “No Package.json” found. I checked the Installation on this System and there also now stranges folders in the “nodes_modules” (see story -> https://github.com/treban/pimatic-tradfri/issues/37) … maybe something wrong with the Pimatic-files on github?

@bertreb yep it works … but still this mess in the “Node_modules”-Folder … on my other installations of pimatic the nodes_modules folder look like this:
-
@tehmilcho this has to do with the node 10 folder structure.
@mwittig gave an explenation in this tread -
@bertreb ahhh okay … sorry im not a DEV … i just look that things look like i “know” there should like so im get worry when there look different
-
@tehmilcho you are right good luck with the Ubuntu server
-
@bertreb i runs fine on ubuntu … in the moment is my “Test” to run on a Lattepanda Delta (4 Cores Intel, 4 GB RAM) a Proxmox installation with 3 VMs (Pimatic, Iobroker and Pihole) … i test this at the moment in virtualbox on my PC to check what every VM graps RAM … because 4 GB is pretty low for Host and 3 VMs But we will see … and im to stupid for Docker with virutal Network Interfaces to get a own IP for Pihole

Hello tehmilcho,
i am also switching the system from raspberry to proxmox LXC container.
And I can’t get the Tradfri plugin installed. Have you found a solution? Or is it somehow possible to copy the plugin from the raspberry to the Proxmox system? Thanks in advanced

What’s the Error message from the pimatic log? 🤔 I use this plugin at moment without problems. The most common problem is that you use port 80 for pimatic because the plugin needs port 80 for it self
