Problem after update

Hi, I did an Pimatic and plugin-update after a long time without doing so. After a reboot, pimatic wont work anymore.
Before that, it worked perfectly

Board: Rock64 4GB
OS: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.4.77-rockchip-ayufan-136 aarch64)

okay what did the trick, for me, was:

cd ~ #switch to home-folder where pimatic-app folder hopefully is
cp pimatic-app/config.json config.json #backing up config
rm -rf pimatic-app #remove pimatic-app folder
#now taken from the installation guide https://pimatic.org/guide/getting-started/configuration/
#Reinstall pimatic app
mkdir pimatic-app
npm install pimatic --prefix pimatic-app --production
cp config.json pimatic-app/config.json
cd pimatic-app
sudo node_modules/pimatic/pimatic.js start
cd node_modules/pimatic
sudo npm link
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pimatic/pimatic/v0.9.x/install/pimatic-init-d
sudo cp pimatic-init-d /etc/init.d/pimatic
sudo chmod +x /etc/init.d/pimatic
sudo chown root:root /etc/init.d/pimatic
sudo update-rc.d pimatic defaults
sudo reboot

And after reboot

sudo ~/pimatic-app/node_modules/pimatic/pimatic.js
# or
sudo service pimatic restart && tail -f  ~/pimatic-app/pimatic-daemon.log
#now have patience

Which basically is: Backing up config.json, delete and reinstall pimatic. that worked for me

My recommendation is to also backup the database file so that one can place it later on the fresh installation

but in my opinion this is no real solution at all - even if you have a working system afterwards. if the update fails at multiple users systems, something seems to be weird?!

Haven’t installed this update yet but as I see in the comments the update doesn’t work? I’ll wait with updating until I see positive comments then.
