Are you sure? The Sign Up pages still indicates sign-up for free.
https://www.wunderground.com/signupI think the point is with wunderground they will give you an API key when you register your own weather station which probably can be an imaginary device

Maybe @SaxnPaule who wrote the plugin can help.
If you don’t get along with wunderground you can try dwd-weather or metar-weather.

Btw, I have also checked openweather. You still can get an API key for free with limited API coverage, i.e. you won’t get forecasts.
