I have several MQTTsensor devices but they all show the sparkline in the GUI.
Even when I set the attributes right:
Is this a bug?

@lschip Works for me. You may need to reload the web page in the browser though.
Btw, the your screenshot is missing the attribute name, e.g. “ENERGY.Voltage” as part of the Mqtt-Sensor sample for a energy meter sensor we discussed earlier.

As said earlier you need to provide the attribute name! The xAttributeOptions need to be set for each attribute individually. The example below hides the sparkline for the attribute ““ENERGY.Voltage”.
