I bought one as I had no need for zigbee lights in a certain area of my house but did need better zigbee reception for a couple of sensors. However, I did not get them to work, it seems to me that they simply rebroadcast the signal of just one device, this is quite undesirable, so I hope that I’m wrong, but haven been able to find much useful info on the web jet.

But there is already an issue on Github #1258 and #1095
I’m not sure, but I think @kosta has to adapt the device to the plugin. Although the repeater is probably not needed in pimatic.On the other hand, someone has been able to connect it to deconz. You can read it in the eighth post on #1095:

If the deconz software detects the repeater, it can of course be used.
pimatic does not need interact with the repeater with both plugins (tradfri or raspbee).
What should Pimatic do with the repeater?
the repeater connects to the network and expands the mesh network automatically.as in the mentioned github links, the deconz developers are working on the support or even a paring was possible.
