are there any sockets like this one where “normal” plugs could be used?

I already have switchable addon sockets with 433MHz and WLAN, but I want a “build-in” version.

I just ordered one of these Teepao Sockets. I’m quite sure there will be the need for a new plugin.

Are there any @developer that want to contribute? Maybe @thex, as you already have experience with switchable WLAN sockets.

Maybe there could be a generic solution, that supports multiple kinds of WLAN sockets and combine different plugins to one.

Easiest would be to check if they contain an esp8266 and then flash them with tasmota firmware and use MQTT

Yes they contain, but I don’t want to setup a Mqtt environment.

I already found a solution to control them, please refer to the other thread. There is a library that could be used.

It’s just a plugin, that needs to be implemented now.

For users, who do not like to setup a standalone MQTT server, an ephemeral sever may do. For example, this may be achieved by embedding mosca into a plugin.
