[Solved] Howto remove unused plugin?

Hi,
when I started with pimatic I used the pilight plugin, which I now don’t need anymore. I can remove it from the config, but any time I look for updates I got this message:

Error: [Error: Couldn’t find plugin info for pimatic-pilight]

If I go to the plugins page in pimatic the plugin is also listed there. Howto solve this?

@flybysun remove the plugin from the config file and you need to remove the folder of the plugin stored in “pimatic-app/node_modules”

If you have not supported plugins that are already deleted from the config. Then you will get a error message anyway when looking for updates.
So to totally get rid of old plugins you must delete the plugin folder in “pimatic-app/node_modules/pimatic-weather” for example.

rm -rf pimatic-weather
dir check

Maybe a feature request for the GUI plugin page an extra pull down option “delete plugin folder”?

Thank you guys, that solved the problem. Should be an good idea to have these folders deleted automated when removing the plugin in the gui.

yes, i’m with you usually if you don’t need a plugin anymore and you remove it from the config, pimatic should remove the plugin folder.
if you install the plugin again, you’ll get the latest version anyway.

@flybysun what about opening a feature request on that?
