I anwser my self: I tried this http://www.howtogeek.com/167190/how-and-why-to-assign-the-.local-domain-to-your-raspberry-pi/ and it works now! i dont know if there is an easy way!

I just edited my hosts file and put in my domain name as host. After that I made an A record in my DNS for my domain and pointed it to the IP for the raspberry pi. Works like a charm.

@hp Normally, your Router provides a DNS-Server with a local domain name to be able resolve hosts in your local network. I have a Fritzbox, for example, which provides the local domain name “fritz.box”. So, I can connect to my Raspi from any computer on the LAN using “raspberrypi.fritz.box”. The local hostname (raspberrypi in my case) can be set on Raspi by using the raspi using raspi-config tool or by editing /etc/hostname directly.
Don’t use Bonjour as suggested in Howtogeek article. It creates a lot of noise on your local network.
