you have to add Port 8080 on mosquito
Configuration
Edit Mosquittos config file to allow connections via websocket on Port 8080. This is needed to enable Browser based apps to connect to the Broker, we come back to this later.
Use your favorite editor and add the following 4 Lines to the file /etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf:
listener 1883 0.0.0.0
protocol mqtt
listener 8080 0.0.0.0
protocol websockets
Restart Mosquitto afterwards: sudo systemctl restart mosquitto

8080 is a Port that is already in use on my system
then take another. you just have to set one…
Sorry, but i will not mess up my config for you.
Use something like MQTT-Box on Chrome or MQTT-Dashboard on Android. Or anything else that works with the standard config.
Or simply post the output of a mosquitto_sub
Check if your Topics are correct!
