Rasbperry Pi Zero W USB Issue

hope that this wasn’t asked already, but didn’t found it somewhere.
Yesterday i’ve got an Raspberry Pi Zero W, great device by the way and thought, that pimatic would be a great thing on such a neat device.
Pimatic runs very great and very smooth, even with this one tiny core.
The problem that now comes is that i have an arduino nano and want to hook that up to the zero w for 433mhz sending/receiving. I have no usb micro to micro cable at the house. The question arrises if it is possible to hook the arduino up by just connecting some cables?

Yes you can by using the gpio pins.

I don’t think this is going to be usable because there is no arduino filter so your pi will have to process all the info.

I’ve now constructed a little circuit.

I have the raspberry pi connected to a arduino over serial with an Logical Level Shifter.
Wrote a little prog that grabs every character and mirror it back. But no success until now.
I’ve removed the line from cmdline but the initstab is not on my pi zero, was not able to receive anything… any idea?
