Currently I have round about 7400 lines with 260 rules.

Year, somehow I exaggerate it with the automation, but mostly it works…
Still, these numbers smell like a need for some extra plugins that do all the work

did not count my rules but having appr. 6600 lines of config code and still growing

I count this manually. Does anyone have tool for this?
My biggest problem are the large list of devices. Where nearly all pages on the UI can show hide groups and so allows shorter scrolling on the graph page ( for whatever reason) this is not implemented.
