ESPEasy with HM-11 and Pimatic over MQTT

Hello, I have a idea about scanning BLE beacons. What I would like to know if it would possible to attach a HM-11(BLE module) to the serial port of a ESP. And configure it with ESPEasy. First to sent AT commands to the HM-11 and then sent the response of the HM-11, which will be UUID and RSSI, to the ESP and by MQTT to my Pimatic?
