I was raging on a sonoff wifi controller. Since i couldnt get the wifi to work i needed to investigate this. Strange thing is that my last Sonoff got flashed with ESPeasy 120 and it went ok. Now it didnt work.
I have tried and googled for this problem. Then i found a solution i need to share. Maybe it helps people looking for ages

Which version worked for me is Release v2.0.0-dev11.
Then i flashed the sonoff with ESPEasy_v2.0.0-dev11_normal_8285.bin
This worked out well.
