Rule not executed

I have followring rule which should be executed each morning:

When its [monday or tuesday or wednesday or thursday or friday] and its 7:00 and $holiday = 0 and $presence = 1 then set temp of kitchen to 20°C and after 20 minutes set temp of kitchen to 15°C

For some reason the rule is not executed. Today I changed the time a bit to see if it would work first it didn’t work.Then I set temperature manually via pimatic and changed it back, changed time in rule to 7:10 and it worked well.

It’s the first rule per day which should be executed. Variables was set correctly all time.

Has someone any idea why it doesn’t work? Seams like all is still in a standby mode and needs this manual wakeup.

Try changing the order of the rule, worked for me in the past.

When 
its 7:00 and its [monday or tuesday or wednesday or thursday or friday] and $holiday = 0 and $presence = 1
Then
set temp of kitchen to 20°C and after 20 minutes set temp of kitchen to 15°C
