[Solved] Battery powered PIR 433MHz ATTINY45 Need some Help

I like the battry operated motion detector of Sweebee because you can place them anywhere without cables and in connection with pimatic can the magic begin …
Since I’ve here a motion detector and a 433 mhz transmitter lying around, I try to recreate this now. So I bought some Attinys45 and battery holder and startet to put all together. I used a ArduinoMega wtht Aduino 1.6.3 and the code from sweebee (KAKU_PIR.ino) to program the Attinys. It seems to work. The motion detector is triggered and the transmitter send something. Pimatic-homeduino should detect a PIR5 Protocol? I have homeduino runing without a arduino.
Where is my mistake?

Which cpu speed did you use? Try both 1 MHz and 8 MHz. Your timing seems wrong, thats why Pimatic doesnt reconize it.

@magic-tune can you please share your schematic for this project, I’m interested in building a wireless PIR too.

have a look at “Show your Hardware” thread. @Sweebe shared his code and how to connect the PIR to get it working on 3V.
Maybe Mysensors is also a good option for you. There is more possibility to build multisensors and you can see the battery status in the GUI.

PS: my 5 PIRs are since 9 months online with out any issue and with out replacing batterys
