Thanks
As a default geek/nerd I really like re-inventing the wheel for my own purpose :P
If most of this is done, I’m planning on upgrading from dual 8x8 LED Matrix to nixie tubes.
[UPDATED] ESP8266 WiFi Sensor - temperature and humidity

Worked on the relay code today, it was only on the GUI and EEPROM.
Hooked a relay on the ESP an added the code. created a rule on a pimatic swtich to turn relay on and off over HTTP to the ESP

Started to move frome ugly iframes to ajax. First root page (the screenshot a few posts earlier) is static HTML in progmem where only the status/value of the sensors is requested and updated with ajax.
Hope ro rewrite the other pages in the upcoming days. Perhaps within a week or so I can publish some code.

@koffienl Wow, looking great! Is all running native from the ESP?

Thanks. Yes, the video was live from the ESP. Everything (except bootstrap CSS & JS) is loaded from the ESP.

@koffienl do you mind in sharing that code? i am still interested in realizing this but i am stuck with the arduino libraries and their implementation.
EDIT:
nevermind i found your github repository thx for the awesome work!
Sorry for digging up such an old topic but I tried to get myself this running and I am a bit lost tbh…
Is anyone willing to give me a step by step tutorial for the installation progress?
You should go for espimatic that is approved by many users.

I tried that respectivley I am currently sitting in front of ESpimatic but I always get the compilation error that LedCOntrolSPIESP8266 is missing, even though it is installed.
And I’m working under 1.6.5 IDE and 2.0 Boardmanager…
EDIT:
Yeah I just figured it out by myself…I didn’t knew, I had to put the “librariers” folder inside the ESPimatic.rar into the %User%/Documents folder… *Eyeroll
